Since most of my data is greater than 90% the graph gets sorta squashed so it’s not terribly proportional, but it does get the idea across :)

Boggled over how to pick the right sunscreen? Ms. B walks you through the basics on her day at the beach. Understand the difference between UVA and UVB, identify the chemicals involved in UV protection, and learn how to and learn how to make peace with how much you have to apply! Other Sun Protection Tips: -Stay out of the sun. Kidding. Sorta. -Limit time in the sun, especially between the hours when the sun is at its most intense (10A-2P) - Use Broad Spectrum Sunscreen with SPF of 30 -Wear clothing to cover exposed skin. Think hats, sunglasses. light long sleeve coverup. -Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours. Don't forget! Fun Fact - If you know me, you know I love fun facts, so here's it is: Although there are 16 chemicals approved by the FDA for sunscreen use, only about 8 are actually used commercially. The others are no longer used because they don’t feel great, irritate skin, are no longer manufactured, or in the case of dioxybenzone, will turn you skin blue like a smurf! Talk about a sunscreen fail!
